Breakfast

This morning I had my first semi healthy breakfast which consisted of 1 cup of Special K cereal a half banana sliced up and 3/4 cup of skim milk and a 6 0z glass of orange juice.  so it was pretty basic , the hard thing was taking the kids to the movies today and skipping the popcorn and soda but hey you definitely feel better after.

So instead of eating lunch because I was not really hungry,  I just had about 4 ounces of mixed unsalted nuts.

Dinner

The wife has  planned dinner that sounds  pretty good she’s making oven baked Zucchini squash, roasted chicken and some slow cooked pinto beans. Today I start cutting back on the beer, instead of my normal four or five beers, today its one with dinner let me see if I actually make it trough the day which I am sure I will feel better tomorrow for my 6:00 am walk or jog
