So today is officially the last day of week two of my diet, I lost a whole pound, now having said that I was able to easily buckle my belt one more notch, which is encouraging, after all is it all about weight or waist size, I am thinking a bit of both after all this is all about three things ,I mean how many times do people say , Oh you look so good ! but do we really feel good.

So I believe there are three important things in losing weight do we feel better because we are eating better? I am definitely feeling better because of exercise, yes definitely, and feeling good about what we are doing because we begin to feel good and look good we also act good and have a more positive outlook on things.

So now that I am achieving my goal slowly but surely I will continue, you must understand that we have to be positive , patient give it some time, not everyday will be perfect, but if we blow it one day we can make up for it the next.
