Tomorrow I jump on the scale to see if there is any weight loss on week two. I must admit that sometimes eating the right stuff on a daily basis can get monotonous. I am going to prove to myself and others that a little determination goes a long way,  although I did splurge some on the weekend, but what I am finding is that its not about dieting, its about eating the correct foods and eating normal quantities, I have been staying pretty strict on my breakfasts eating a bowl of either Special K cereal or corn flakes or varying things with oatmeal, adding fruits such as a banana or strawberries.

I have been keeping up with walking, actually some days I jog, sometimes I walk in any case either walking or jogging I have manitained a daily  distance of 4 miles. So we shall see what the results show later today.
