Week seven continues

Posted by admin on March 25th, 2009

So my weight loss success continues, well sort of,  after coming back form the beach I have gotten kind of lazy the time change or daylight savings time does it to me, plus once the weather gets a bit warmer it makes me lazy so for 2 days now I have only walked one of them, This morning I decided to get up and hit the weights, in case I have not mentioned my age before I just turned 43 and used to be an avid weight lifter and loved to go to the gym, but with family and all the activities in a day like work getting the kids to school it can be rough trying to stay in shape, unless you have the money for a personal trainer. Week six and seven

Posted by admin on March 23rd, 2009

I have not kept up with my progress here because week six I took the family on vacation for a week to the beach, we had a great time, but well… the diet went out the window, but one thing I made myself and the family do was stay active so we took plenty of sunscreen and spent a better part of the day in the water playing volleyball anything we could do to keep the kids entertained. We did take along with us our vitamin supplements and continued taking them, as mentioned in one of my previous post my wife has been taking Hoodia because she has been having some positive progress with it because it has helped curb her appetite. Week five

Posted by admin on March 11th, 2009

Week five of my diet and progress continues although this week I did not see any weight loss I am still continuing to see my clothes fitting loser, so even though I am not seeing weight loss this week I am seeing progress in other areas, more energy , better sleeping patterns and less stress.

I have been maintaining my diet with still no starches but since I have been exercising more I have been hungrier in the morning, so some days I have been sticking to a bowl of fruit or oatmeal or Special k cereal, but one day I week I have been having a scrambled egg or poached egg on toast here is a recipe for low fat scrambled eggs I came across recently the only difference is I cooked mine in a skillet I am not big on cooking things in a Microwave mainly because I think that microwave ovens are bad for our health. Week four

Posted by admin on March 3rd, 2009

So today’s the day I jump on the scale again after four weeks, I should definitely see some progress and hopefully I have shed a pound or two.

After three weeks I have definitely nailed down my menu, and this last weekend I did splurge with some  great Arrachera beef  on the barbecue with some flour tortillas, but things seem to be getting easier and my body has adapted more, when I first started eating chicken I would eat parts of the skin, which is my favourite :-) Now I completely take the skin off, salads taste great with just a little olive oil and apple cider Vinegar and although I have eliminated breads this last week with my salad I have added a bread stick or whole wheat cracker to change things up. Herbal remedies for genital warts

Posted by admin on March 2nd, 2009

After covering various products for treating, weight loss, immune deficiencies with vitamin supplements, and other alternative products, I recently ran across an acquaintance, that had viewed my site and mentioned that e-natureguide had covered many good products, but there was one product that he had not seen listed, he then  embarrassingly told me he  has been using a product by the name of Wartrol for some time with great success, Wartrol is  an herbal product used to treat genital warts. So I figured I would do a small write up on Wartrol and what its for. I have never had any kind of genital warts, but it is nice to know there are herbal alternatives for curing this type of ailment.

We all know that homeopathic medicine has been around for many many years and cured many ailments long before modern medicine came in to the picture.

Genital warts can be very contagious And can be contracted very easily by having sexual relations with someone that is actually infected, even close genital contact is enough to spread the infection and genital warts is not a disease we want to spread around. Read the rest of this entry »
