Week five
My Personal weight loss March 11th, 2009Week five of my diet and progress continues although this week I did not see any weight loss I am still continuing to see my clothes fitting loser, so even though I am not seeing weight loss this week I am seeing progress in other areas, more energy , better sleeping patterns and less stress.
I have been maintaining my diet with still no starches but since I have been exercising more I have been hungrier in the morning, so some days I have been sticking to a bowl of fruit or oatmeal or Special k cereal, but one day I week I have been having a scrambled egg or poached egg on toast here is a recipe for low fat scrambled eggs I came across recently the only difference is I cooked mine in a skillet I am not big on cooking things in a Microwave mainly because I think that microwave ovens are bad for our health.
Now as far as eggs go I am eating the real thing none of those processed imitation things remember folks natural is better no matter what it is.
My lunch has consisted of fruit mid day or a tuna sandwich or some crackers and some natural almonds or pecans, just enough to kill the hunger.
Dinner I am still sticking to either broiled or barbecued chicken with a salad or a piece of broiled fish but I have been eating beef once a week mostly on Saturday or Sunday that’s my treat day.
