I have not kept up with my progress here because week six I took the family on vacation for a week to the beach, we had a great time, but well… the diet went out the window, but one thing I made myself and the family do was stay active so we took plenty of sunscreen and spent a better part of the day in the water playing volleyball anything we could do to keep the kids entertained. We did take along with us our vitamin supplements and continued taking them, as mentioned in one of my previous post my wife has been taking Hoodia because she has been having some positive progress with it because it has helped curb her appetite.

The hardest part of coming back from a few days at the beach was getting back in to the grind of exercising, so on the first day i was huffing and puffing but after a couple of days that went away.

Eating out while away is fairly easy especially since we went to Puerto Vallarta in Mexico there are tons of mom and pop seafood places all packed with fresh fish so I stuck to broiled fish filet’s and what they call ceviche heres a good recipe for ceviche which is fresh fish cured with lemon cilantro and other spices.

So today I started week seven with breakfast being a poached egg on whole grain toast tomorrow I weigh myself again to see my slow progress, but remeber folks its not so much how fast you take the weight off its being consistent.
