Fighting fatigue with herbal tonics

With hectic work schedules, kids, stress, and strict deadlines, all of this can wear us out, when this happens and we feel weak or rundown, the first thing that comes to mind is one of those caffeine energy boosting drinks, or an espresso or strong cup of coffee. Unfortunately these products just give us a short term energy boost, only to make you feel jittery and even more fatigued after the caffeine effect has worn off.
There are many herbal tonics and natural roots that can help the body fight fatigue, and keep it going strong all day long, without harsh side effects. Adding a small amount of Coconut oil to your diet can increase energy, improve hormonal imbalances and improve thyroid gland efficiency.
