Week nine

So week nine and things are moving right along, 2 more pounds lost but my clothes are fitting better, plus I have more resistance when exercising to the point I am not almost fainting when doing my daily work out, I have added a few carbs to my diet, mostly because I felt the need of a little bit more energy boost, especially working out twice a day. Exercising and not giving up

Over the past few weeks I have overheard friends and relatives starting to complain and stall with their new years resolutions, some said they where going to hit the gym others mentioned they where going to start an organized diet program and of course a few days after the new year, everything tanks and goes by the wayside.
