Yersterday I was reading a shocking article on heart problems and ED or erectile dysfunction on CNN, you can see the article here http://www.cnn.com/2010/HEALTH/03/15/erectile.dysfunction/index.html?hpt=Sbin having a friend who works at a pharmacy I was shocked at the amount of Viagra and Cialis they sell, and of course reading the article makes sense, the other shocking thing is that the U.S and other countries have this huge war on drugs only to find out that prescription drugs are the number one drug used today.

It’s no wonder peoples health is going to hell in a hand basket, thats why its always good to look at alternatives such as exercise, eating healthy and using alternative ways and methods to treat symptoms, in the long term in the long term prescription meds  will definitely have long term side effects, think natural.

Instead of using Viagra, use natural products consult with your doctor maybe even a simple vitmin or male enhancement supplement taken over a period of time, can improve your heart and your ED, blood pressure and other common ailments that can effect all of us under stressful conditions, exercising does not mean going out and running a marathon or bench pressing 300 pounds, a simple 45 minute walk on a daily basis is all it takes. So before adding chemicals to your body think twice of an alternative solution.

We all see the commercials on TV about Viagra and Cialis, not to mention the spam e-mail we get on a daily basis, and yes to all of us men, male sexual activity is very important,  no male wants to be in a situation that he under performs for his wife or special gal but it does happen. With daily stress in our lives from being overworked , putting in to many hours in the day, getting the kids to school and other daily tasks it takes a lot out of a guy.
