Whey protein supplements
In a few of my previous blog posts I mention my diet , and usually when we change our lifestyle and begin to exercise it can be hard for us, especially as we get older. I found myself when I was 18 years old with an extreme amount of energy but after getting married at the age of 26 and two years later having kids it totally changes your whole lifestyle, not eating the proper foods working long hours, anyone who has a family can relate to this very easy.
Right now I am in weight loss mode and have reviewed a few basic products such as Hoodia for suppressing appetites and Proactol which is a natural fat binder, but one thing it seems when we get older we need more nutrients and many times I find myself begging for more energy, it seems with a full workload and family I am often feeling run down and looking for solutions to give my body more nutrients to be able to exercise more and keep my weight down, its only normal if we start cutting out normal foods our body is used to consuming, once we cut them out it can be a shock to the system.
So I just recently decided to try a new Whey protein supplement allthough I am taking some multivitamins , I felt like I needed something more so I decided to try some whey protein supplements, there is a product out there on the market that sells whey protein and a weight gainer, but hey I am trying to shed my pounds so one of the reasons I wanted to try the Whey protein is because I was struggling with what to eat for lunch, this helps me because I can make a simple shake and it kills my hunger, plus I noticed that when I come home and have dinner I am eating less, plus it gives me a badly needed boost in the middle of my
day, not only that but its low in sugars and has no aspartame so, so far so good. I have been using this product and have found it to be money well spent please note I have been mixing my shake with water so it probably does not taste as great as if it where mixed with some kind of lowfat or soy milk, but then again mixing it with milk means more calories.
