Anxiety attacks it can almost kill A few years back I found myself with a business that was booming in a community that most people consider paradise. I started an ISP “internet service provider” for the area and it slowly grew to huge proportions, and yes it was profitable but being high strung as I am it was slowly killing me. with a huge customer base and well.. people and computers just don’t do well. Especially with an older senior community which many had not even used a PC let alone the Internet. Anyway this is about anxiety and panic attacks. I had never had one before, but all of a sudden I found myself awake in the middle of the night, short of breath with a tingling scalp and hands sweating like mad. My heart was going a million miles an hour, am I having a heart attack? I asked myself, at 30 years of age, yes people younger die of that but I was not that much overweight I still wondered after I got up walked around for a bit and went outside the symptoms slowly seemed to go away. Now I am not much in to seeking medical help, just the way I am I figure if it cant be cured by diet and exercise than it wont get cured, but that’s just me. So a few days had passed and once again I woke up to another attack now it was happening so often it had gotten to the extreme point of getting in my car and driving for an hour to relax. My stress was so severe I would wake up in the middle of the night with all these pending things to do and could not get them off of my mind so what did I do. I first analyzed the entire scenario that was causing the attacks. I had always exercised but over the past few years I had not had time, I was to busy working for the almighty $$ so I decide it had to stop. There are a lot of things in life many of us just don’t realize until its to late maybe money is your driving factor but staying healthy is even more important , but at the time to me money was more important. In my case it was not easy to fire a bunch of clients at once so first I decided to work on the health side of me. So here is what I did 1- I bought a stationary bike. Exercise is hard to find the time to do, and if you are to busy working the motivation factor is way down. I found that if I could blast out of bed in the morning, not even give yourself time to think and jump on a stationary bike or treadmill for 15 minutes it helps, start slowly then work your way up set your goal every week 5 more minutes this will begin to get the blood flowing and heart pumping it relieves stress it has worked for me . 2- Watch my diet for a period of time I started eating much less red meat hardly any sugars and almost no bread, it has to do with a yeast thing and I did a lot of reading on this and yes it helped there’s a bit of info here , but here’s the one that killed me NO Alcohol yes I Love Beer and am one of those guys that came home and had 5 beers before dinner. I had to cut that out also. 3- Vitamins because I was of not eating properly my body was vitamin deficient, so I increased eating more veggies and taking vitamins. I started taking vitamin C Vitamin E and Vitamin B and B12, B complex vitamins help with depression, and anxiety. 4- Do what you have to do. I had a client base of over 2500 clients I reduced that over a couple of years to 900, sure not as much money but I am definitely happier and so is my family and I am much healthier. 5- Weekends one thing that also helped was getting out on the weekends going for walk with the family, or go fishing, a stroll in the park if you can afford a Quad or ATV take advantage of it , get out there ditch the TV and believe me in a short period of time with proper diet managing your workload stress and anxiety can be something of the past. © e-natureguide.com Buy herbal remedies, medicine, creams and other herbal alternative products online, including male enhancement and women’s health supplements. |
