Staying healthy and avoiding the flu this winter E-mail

The fluOver the last few days a bunch of advertisements have come up on the television promoting an influenza vaccine of some sort, and how important it is for us to get one, little do they tell you that many times those injections or flu shots are developed year to year with supposedly new strains of viruses, but how up to date can they really be. Since every year there is a new strain of virus how can people who develop these flush sots know  what the new strains are, in most cases they probably do not , so why not just eat healthy and compromise with herbal medicine instead.

Flu shots are composed of many unhealthy ingredients

Flu shots are composed of many unhealthy ingredients harmful to the human body such as  polysorbate 80 which is an emulsifier , which has been known to cause reproductive side effects and even cancer, flu vaccines also contain certain antibiotics such as neomycin, polymyxin B and gentamicin which are supposedly added to eliminate stray bacteria’s in the flu vaccines mixture. There has even been new evidence that the influenza vaccine  can possibly be one of the causes of Alzheimer’s.

Everything we could possibly need to enjoy successful health is already on this planet in natural form, so lets take advantage of it, many times we get the flu only because of what we do to our bodies, to try and avoid the flu this winter season, try to get plenty of rest a good nights sleep recharges the body and a rested body helps to maintain a healthy immune system.

Get plenty of sun during the winter season, the sunshine is a natural source of Vitamin D so try to go outside and soak up the sun, if you live in an area where there flu symptomsis not much sunshine take cod liver oil but only in small amounts, its better to try to get a good helping of fish twice a week to get your body some omega 3 acids.

Exercise, a healthy body is a healthy immune system, so try to get out there and walk 3 or 4 days a week if its snowing invest in an inexpensive stationary bike , but other exercises such as yoga light weight training will help keep your immune system up to par.

Try and stay away form antibiotics , if you do feel that cold or flu symptoms are coming on try an Herbal alternative and drink plenty of liquids and remember, all antibiotics do is kill bad bacteria long with the good so if you can go natural your body is better off in the long run.
