Losing weight without trying

Guy eating hamburgerSince writing about herbal remedies and supplements I have been doing a lot of research on what works and what does not work when it comes to proper health. For many years I have personally struggled with keeping my weight down, but e-natureguide is not just about weight management but about living healthy and feeling good , using natural products to keep us in great health and great shape.


About 3 weeks ago I was reading and learning in depth about trans fats , vegetable oils and processed foods , I decided to see what it would be like if  I cut out all those bad things out of my diet.


The outcome was incredible
After only a week "I could not believe how much better I felt and how much better I slept it was so simple, no dieting at all just eating 100 % natural stuff"


What did I eat ?
 
Breakfast: consisted of a bowl of oatmeal with a little bit of unprocessed honey, a glass of soy milk, a banana and a piece of whole wheat home made bread.

Lunch: My lunch meal consisted of a piece of chicken breast on a piece of whole wheat bread with sliced tomatoes and a piece of lettuce, a glass of Iced tea and a piece of fruit of my choice, which was usually an apple or slice of fresh pineapple a peach, or a pearOlive oil and greens.

Dinner: For me was the hardest meal, because I am a big dinner person but dinner consisted of almost anything without any preservatives oils mayonnaise or condiments of any kind except basic sea salt and pepper olive oil and vinegar.

So my dinner could be a hamburger patty with a piece of  bread, chicken breast ,  grilled fish  with garlic and olive oil, even a steak, combine this With a large green salad with natural olive oil and vinegar dressing that I mixed up myself with a little crushed garlic and pepper.

Just eating as mentioned above I have lost about 8 pounds in 3 weeks, not difficult and I have not had to cut back on my beer or wine which I usually have 1 or 2 servings with my dinner .

So if you are looking for an easy plan to feel great and burns a few pounds just cut out the following.
 
•    Processed breads
•    Any kind of vegetable oil or hydrogenated oils
•    Margarine
•    Anything fried
•    No packaged or canned goods
•    Eliminate condiments such as mayonnaise ketchup, mustard
•    Potatoes chips or any other processed junk foods such as Doritos 

You can however have snacks such as fruits
, vegetables, natural nuts such as almonds , fresh peanuts and  pecans , just stay away from packaged or salted dry

roasted stuff and in a few weeks you will notice  a huge difference in the way you feel just by eating the right things.
