Rooibos has antiviral, antispasmodic and anti-allergic properties, making it helpful for treating infections and allergies. In addition to this, it has more than 37 antioxidants, vitamin C and minerals.

St. John’s Wort is helpful for clearing excess mucus from lungs that develop with allergies. It has a strong expectorant action that helps promote recovery from cold, fu and other allergy symptoms.
