the elderly which can cause significant vision loss, people taking Vitamin E showed drastic improvements and better vision recuperation after laser surgeries.Vitamin E has been shown to prevent Alzheimer disease, especially if it is combined with a vitamin C supplement , Vitamin E can also help build a stronger immune system. Many recent studies have shown over all improvement of immune responses in the elderly who took liquid vitamin E supplements. So as you can see adding some vitamin E to our diet either in a supplement form or eating the right foods that contain it can help improve our health and even add a few extra years to our life. |
