You have most likely stumbled on to this site looking for some magical substance, herbal product or remedy that will do miracles for your body or for some specific ailment that is afflicting you. Most of us are creatures of habit, and only try to help ourselves when we feel sick, tired or stressed, and once our body has been pushed to the limit we then look for something either in a prescription medication, herbal remedy or supplement that can improve whatever is making us feel not so up to par.

Being healthy and staying healthy can very difficult for many who burn the midnight oil, or work themselves to many hours in a day, abusing alcohol, smoking, bad diets, this is all a vicious circle that creates secondary health issues, such as flu symptoms, high blood pressure, erectile dysfunction, heart palpitations, the list goes on and on. The real issue is that most people wait till they have a significant symptoms before they choose to do anything about it.

Simple exercise and watching what we eat can help

Weight gain, diabetes, high blood pressure, erectile dysfunction and other common health issues can be prevented with simply watching what we eat and exercising, this does not mean you have to kill yourself everyday, but a stationary bike ride, or brisk walk 45 minutes a day can help offer body circulation, which cleans toxins out of your body and even can help fight depression. So if you think about it 45 minutes out of your day is not asking much.

Adding some herbal supplements to your diet to help you along

Its a known fact that much of the food we eat today does not have the same nutrients it did in the past, many people opt for processed foods, or frozen foods, this is ok, but try to keep it fresh. Buy fresh fruits and vegetables when you can, but even then, the nutrients are not enough, there are many herbal supplements on the market that can help add to your dietary intake and are not that expensive.

Remember all this is a vicious circle

If we eat healthy and exercise moderately our body will cleanse itself, maintain its form and stay healthy, think of you body as a car engine, if you don't use it and it sits, eventually it will go bad, you will need to clean the carburetor, or add additives to get it back up and running. Your body is no different, exercising and watching what you eat withing reason will keep your human body running smooth as well.

Motivation is very hard for a lot of people but here are some suggestions

Invite a friend to help you work out or go for a walk, that way if you arrange an exercise schedule with a friend, when one feels unmotivated the other can help give you a boost and vice versa. Join a gym or fitness center, while many times, we will get depressed seeing other people in great shape that can be a goal for those of us that are not in such great shape and offer motivation to build a great physique.

Dont give, up remember consistency, set goals for your exercise routine try for five days a week, remember thats your goal, try to stick with it but if you miss a day one week try to make up for it the next, in the long run you will see results and feel much much better.
