This diet will modify your body's metabolism in such a manner that will stop further weight gain. As the title states it is 90 day long which might appear long, but after a couple of weeks you will get the hang of it and when results appear you will be more motivated to continue. The whole diet is split down to 4 successive parts or days which you have to strictly follow. These days have got their names based on what you are allowed to eat: protein, starch, carbs and fruit day. You cannot skip any of them nor modify the order.

Once a month you have to follow a special water regime, the fifth: you can only drink water, tea or coffee on this day with no sugar of course. This will be followed by a protein day. So let's get down to the dirty details, the diet consists of the following: Breakfast on each and every day Some fruits (apples, grapes, pears, apricot, peach, strawberry) First day is protein day: milk, cheese and other milk products on this day only Lunch: 3 slice boiled or grilled meat or fish, boiled eggs, 1 slice bread and as much salad as you can eat After lunch you need to drink a filtered soup Dinner should be the same as lunch only without the soup! Second day is starch day: Lunch: any kind of boiled vegetables (potatoes, corn, beans, peas, carrots and so on) and one slice of bread or salad according to your taste Dinner should have the same ingredients as lunch did, but you should eat less Third day is for carbohydrates Lunch should contain any form of pastas like macaroni or ravioli Dinner: 2 slice of cake or 3 cups of ice cream and one piece of black chocolate Fourth day is reserved for fruits All day long as much fruit as you can eat Extra tips: For best results it is good to replace bread with salad. Don't forget to drink plenty of water; this will help cleanse your body of toxins Stay with fruit breakfast even after you lost weight You will only loose only your extra weight which is very good and healthy After results have been achieved consult with your physician in order to establish a durable healthy diet as to maintain your ideal weight! |
